Departments

  • SinoGulf has Four (4) client-facing departments:
Department Broad level roles
Asset Management (AM) Portfolio management, deal sourcing (deployment), revenue management, structuring and investor reporting
Corporate Finance Advisory (CFA) Financial engineeering, feasibility studies, research,  performance tracking, capital structuring, debt arrangement, documentation and execution.
Development Management (DM) Real Estate specific - budget management, project execution, team building, program management, project delivery, risk management and reporting.
Investor Relations (IR) Client relationship management, deal origination (product level) and equiry placement

Functioning, reporting and accountability

  • Each financial product (Fund / Holding Company / Investment Vehicle) is managed by a three (3) member steering committee called the Development Control Group ("DCG") for each asset within the Investment Vehicle.
  • Currently we have over 9 functional DCGs.
  • For Real Estate products; each DCG has a representative of AM, CFA and DM.
  • For other industry products, the DM member of the DCG is replaced by an industry expert, e.g. logistics expert for the logistics investment vehicle.
