Abu Dhabi: Capital House, a residential tower being developed by SinoGulf Real Estate Investments and EastGate Capital Group, was awarded the Best Architectural, Multiple Residences - Arabia award.
Maisam architects & engineers were the design consultant for the architectural and engineering for Capital House, located in the Capital Centre district, adjacent to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. Maisam design was recognized amongst a strong field of competing project designs at the International Property Awards, the property industry’s most prestigious architectural design competition which was held recently at The Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
