Overview

Ashhad joined SinoGulf in May 2007 and successfully reorganised and developed the Finance Department, successfully achieving three years of clean audits and implementing strong governance and regulatory policies. The department now operates on a real time basis, provides quarterly management accounts for over seven subsidiaries/affiliates and provides oversight on all financial related activities within SinoGulf and its service activities. Before joining SinoGulf, he worked for Ernst & Young in their Karachi and Abu Dhabi offices in Assurance & Advisory business services, concentrating on financial services, insurance and manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor's Degree of Commerce and a Master’s Degree of Economics. He is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom (ACCA).
