The Development Management department is accountable for the feasibility, planning, design, procurement, execution and delivery of all real estate related projects within set budgets. The department is integrally involved throughout the product / asset life cycle to ensure development expectations are understood to achieve returns to match investor expectations.

  Greg Kimpton B Arch (Hons) - Head of Development Management

  Greg leads the development management group. His experience in the real estate and construction industry spans over 15 years. He is skilled in leading and managing project teams to deliver challenging assets to optimal stakeholder returns. Prior to joining SinoGulf, Greg has held senior positions within international renowned management consultancy companies including GHD Global Pty Ltd, where he was involved in the management of large scale urban developments in the UAE and the GCC region.

  Fadi Ghaleb B Arch - Deputy Head of Development Management

  Fadi is a qualified architect experienced in managing projects and professional teams. He has over 20 years experience in the real estate and construction industries. He joined SinoGulf in 2007 as a senior member of the management team for the development of the company business plans, strategy development and growth. He effectively leads the management of projects and the identification of possible developments. Prior to joining SinoGulf, Fadi held senior positions within internationally renowned companies including Damac and Dar AlHandasah.

  Duncan Seward - Development Manager

  Duncan joined SinoGulf in 2007 from Bluestone Plc one of the UK’s leading contactors. Holding a first class degree in Project Management for Construction Duncan brings a practical combination of experience and qualification to the SinoGulf development team. In the UAE Duncan has been instrumental in the implementation of a number of SinoGulf’s projects in the fields of office, retail, residential and warehousing
