    Shreyas Phadnis Senior Advisor – MBA, B Arch

    Shreyas joined SinoGulf in 2006. He worked as the Head of Corporate Finance until June 2011. He was responsible for corporate banking relationships, debt arrangements, valuations and capital structuring. Under his supervision, the team has arranged several hundred million dollars of Shariah compliant debt. Previously, Shreyas worked as Assistant Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers delivering transaction services across a broad range of industries including real estate, logistics, manufacturing and energy. He now researches real estate cycles across developed markets in the world whilst advising SinoGulf’s executive management on strategic issues

  • Wael Jundi

    Wael Jundi BSc MSc - Manager

    Wael joined SinoGulf in 2006 from PricewaterhouseCoopers. His role includes deal structuring, debt and equity placement, deal originations and feasibility studies. Wael's 9 years experience in corporate finance spans across different sectors including health care, education, banking, manufacturing, aerospace in addition to his current area of expertise real estate. Wael is currently completing his PhD at Liverpool Business School focusing on UAE foreign exchange policy.

  • Amit Diwan

    Amit Diwan (B Tech, MBA) – Manager

    Amit joined SinoGulf as a Financial Analyst in early 2008. He is responsible for financial modeling, valuation, cashflow management, feasibility studies and providing assistance in debt arrangements and in managing banking relationships. Prior to SinoGulf Amit worked at Inductis India Private Limited, and helped private equity clients in deal origination, due diligence and valuation. Amit has also worked in the New Product Introduction division of Tata Motors for a period of three years where he led the development of two best selling buses for the company.  Amit holds an MBA from Indian School of Business and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
