International Tower
International Tower is a commercial tower under development within Capital Centre, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC)
International Tower has 23 commercial floors (27 floors in total) providing approximately 41,000 sqm NLA (440,000 sqft). Designed as a modern contemporary landmark, it will provide an international specification of Grade A offices. The building will include high speed vertical lifts, raised floors, fitted ceilings, ample basement parking and ancillary ground floor retail. Expected completion is Q2 2011.The development benefits from its position between the existing Central Business District and the International Airport and has excellent access from major arterial roads.
