Capital House
Capital House is located adjacent to the International Tower within the Capital Center master development.
The residential tower is 22 storeys plus a penthouse level it will consist of 265 units and have a GFA of approximately 40,000 sqm. The project will provide a varying mix of residential apartments that cater to the current and expected future market demand. The building is expected to be completed by Q2 2011.
