SHARJAH INVESTMENT CENTER

Sharjah Investment Center (SIC), a mixed-use master development (commercial, industrial, and residential), is situated on the border of the emirate of Umm Al Quwain and Sharjah.

It is located on the Emirates Road, close to Sharjah International airport. It has a landmass of 3.2 million sqm and a sellable area of 2.2 million sqm. SIC's proposed master plan includes the development of commercial, industrial and residential complexes spread across three phases. SinoGulf is the majority shareholder in the project. Phase I of the project is nearing completion with land assets worth AED 1.4 billion sold to prospective developers.
