  • Honesty and integrity: internally and externally this defines who we are, how we are perceived, the way we work and the nature of our environment; Employees are requested to make sure these are values they believe in and demand from others.
  • Continuous improvement: there is always room for improvement - Employees are requested to find out what it is and deliver on it next time around.
  • Best possible quality: staff's endeavor is to never deliver poor quality.
  • Always delivering on promises: a quote in all staff minds: if you say you will, make sure you do! It's about being reliable.
