SinoGulf’s current private equity focus is logistics and warehouse management, sectors where we have experience and know-how.

Our investment strategy is to select assets, within our areas of expertise, which have clear identifiable value creating opportunities.  Once acquired, we utilise our internal and JV's expertise to build capability by merging assets, enhancing leadership, expanding geographically, growing capability, removing risk and improving efficiency. 

While optimising the financial structure and renegotiating leverage are key elements in achieving return expectations, investments where no operational value is evident would be avoided.
